REINHART FOODSERVICE TO ACQUIRE IJ COMPANY

ROSEMONT, IL, September 18, 2008 - Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. announced that Reinhart FoodService, L.L.C. (RFS) an independent food distributor in its group of family-owned businesses, entered into an agreement to acquire Institutional Jobbers Company (IJ Company) and its subsidiary, American Diversified Supply Company, based in Knoxville, Tennessee. The transaction is anticipated to close in October 2008.

IJ Company was founded by Tillman J. Keller Sr. in 1946 and initially delivered food products to the fraternities and sororities of the University of Tennessee.  Today, IJ Company is a fully integrated supplier ranked among the top ten largest foodservice distributors in the United States providing over 12,000 food service items across seventeen Southeast states. The company services thousands of multi-unit and independent restaurants including Sonic, Subway, Atlanta Bread Company, Piccadilly and Pizza Inn from four distribution centers in Knoxville and Johnson City, Tennessee and Valdosta and Atlanta, Georgia.
Mark Drazkowski, CEO of Reinhart FoodService, said, "We hold the Keller's in the highest regard having known Tim and his family for years as members of DMA, IMA and Markon. It is an honor to welcome the IJ organization into Reinhart FoodService and we anticipate a smooth transition for everyone with its complementary products and company culture."

Tillman J. Keller III, Chairman of IJ Company, said, "IJ's tremendous growth came from our ability to react quickly to the marketplace to exceed our customers' expectations. Selling IJ to our friends and fellow independent operators at Reinhart FoodService is yet another move to react to market issues in order to best meet the needs of IJ's customers."

Reinhart FoodService will operate the acquired business as IJ Company, a division of Reinhart FoodService; and the business will continue to be led by IJ President, Mike Devoto.
